Warren Achievement Center has a staff of approximately 115.  Department of Human Services-approved training is provided to staff who work directly with our achievers.

Open interviews:  every Tuesday, from 8:30 to 11 a.m. at 1220 E. 2nd Ave., Monmouth, IL.  No appointment required.

Warren Achievement Center has openings for the following

Residential Administrator, full time management position, generous benefit package.  Manages all programs and services for adults with developmental disabilities residing in selected residential sites. Manages facility operations, supervises implementation of service plans, assures that individuals receive necessary services to promote their health and social growth. Screens prospective employees, supervises employees. Provides crisis intervention within 20 minutes when on-call.  Bachelor’s degree, preferably in a Human Service or related field, plus two years of direct work related experience with persons with developmental disabilities; must be a QIDP within a reasonable time period; one year of managerial experience preferred.

Residential Assistant, part time, primarily 2nd & 3rd shifts, some weekends.

  • Will provide support and direction to individuals with developmental disabilities in a group home setting.
  • Must have a driver’s license and must be able to be authorized to pass medications.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
