Warren Achievement Center has a staff of approximately 125.  Department of Human Services-approved training is provided to staff who work directly with our achievers.

Warren Achievement Center has openings for the following

Production Assistant, full time, benefits, Monday through Friday.  Responsible for equipment set-up, operation, monitoring, adjustments, and repair.  Provides supervision, training, assistance, and instruction to consumers in order to meet production contracts.  High school diploma or equivalent.  Must be able to work with individuals with developmental disabilities.  Must have knowledge to operate/repair manufacturing equipment, have 1 year experience in industry.

Residential Assistant, full time, 3rd shift; part time, primarily 2nd & 3rd shifts, some weekends.

  • Will provide support and direction to individuals with developmental disabilities in a group home setting.
  • Must have a driver’s license and must be able to be authorized to pass medications.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.

Developmental Training Specialist, full time, benefits.  Serves a caseload of individuals requiring Community Day Services.  Takes responsibility for attending their ISP staffings and serves on the program team.  Is responsible for developing structured program ideas.  Implements training in the areas of pre-vocational training, motor skills development, social skills development, personal care, community integration, and life enhancement skills.  Implements behavior management programs.  Documents progress.  High school diploma plus one year of experience working with individuals with disabilities required, plus valid driver’s license.
