Any person with a disability who resides in the agency's service area may request Case Management services.  For individuals and families served in the Early Intervention program, Case Management services are available through Child & Family Connection.

Case Management helps fulfill the mission of WAC by:

• Facilitated participant choice in the creation of individual program plans.

• Monitoring the delivery of services for quality, coordination and cooperation between programs.

• Advocating on behalf of participants, both within and outside the agency.

• Assisting individuals to develop realistic and worthwhile goals.
